Meet Linda

Born in Finland, shaped by sauna culture and horses. A perspective grounded in what makes us human — and a deep respect for the things generations before us have always known but we are only now starting to understand.

Linda Helistö works at the intersection of culture, science and story. With a background spanning IT startups, neuroscience-based services and international sales, she has launched products, built brands and helped cultural pioneers find the story only they can tell.

As co-founder of the West Coast Sauna Summit, she holds a unique perspective of where wellness is moving — and how sauna culture is shaping the future of it.

Balthén, named after her concert pianist mother, is an ode to art, self-expression and cultural relevance. A place where we intentionally nourish what truly matters and deepen the stories built to last.
